Ingredients -
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Plain Yogurt
2 teaspoons White Sugar
2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Granny Smith Apples, cored, cut into chunks
2 large Celery Stalks, chopped
1/2 cup Cashews, chopped
Preparation:
1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Add the apples and celery to a medium salad bowl.
3. Add the cashews and stir to combine.
4. Add the dressing to the salad bowl and mix well to coat.
5. Chill before serving.
