Chopped apple, chopped celery, pineapple chunks, miniature marshmallows, chopped dates, mayonnaise, and pecans tossed together, chilled and served on lettuce leaves.
Ingredients -
4 medium Red Apples, coarsely chopped
2 medium Stalks Celery, chopped
1 can Pineapple Chunks in Syrup, (15 ounce), drained
1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
1/3 cup Dates, chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise
2/3 cup Pecans, coarsely chopped
Lettuce Leaves
Preparation:
1. Toss all of the ingredients together in a large salad bowl and stir well to combine.
2. Serve chilled on a bed of lettuce leaves.
