Waldorf Dressing:
1. Combine apple cider vinegar, honey, honey Dijon mustard, chopped thyme, salt and pepper.
2. Whisk in olive oil.
3. Set aside.
Pasta Salad:
1. Shred rotisserie chicken into large serving bowl.
2. Add sliced apples and watercress. Toss to combine.
3. Cook pasta al dente. Drain into colander, rinse with cold water.
4. Add pasta to chicken mixture.
5. Add glazed sesame walnuts to Waldorf pasta salad.
6. Toss salad with Waldorf dressing. |
