Salad Making Tip -
Celery

Celery has a very light, earthy flavor. The stalks can be bitter if not fresh. Choose celery that is bright green and feels heavy for its size. Celery should be very moist inside its stalks.

Salad Making Tip -
Pepper

Pepper is the most used spice in the world, especially in the West. Fresh ground peppercorns are always the choice over already ground pepper.
