Ingredients -
3 cups Apple, diced, unpeeled
1 cup Celery Stalks, diced
1/2 cup Nuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup Miniature Marshmallows
1/4 cup Maraschino Cherries, diced
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Cherry Juice
Lettuce Leaf Cups
Preparation:
1. Toss together the cherries, marshmallows, nuts, celery and apple.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and cherry juice.
3. Add the dressing to the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately in lettuce cups.
