Blue Cheese Waldorf Salad

Simple salad prepared from blue cheese, real mayonnaise, sour cream, diced apples, diced celery, and broken walnuts.

Ingredients -
1/3 cup Blue Cheese
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Sour Cream
Apples, diced, not peeled
4 Celery Stalks, diced
Walnuts, broken
 
Preparation:

1. In a small bowl, combine the blue cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream.

2. Mix thoroughly.

3. In a large salad bowl, add the apples, celery and dressing.

4. Toss to combine.

5. Chill.

6. When you are ready to serve, add the walnuts and stir to combine.

7. Serve.

Parsley

Flat and curly leaf parsleys are used for their flavor and color. Flat leaf parsley is said to have a stronger flavor, although still mild.
